Our Story

The Nourish Network is Dreamland Corp’s home for everyone who believes that food does more than fill us, it connects us. We’re a community-powered ERG bringing people together through cooking, culture, creativity, and the simple joy of sharing a meal.

Whether you’re a seasoned home chef, someone who burns toast with passion, or just here for good company and better snacks, you’re in the right place.

At our core, we celebrate the way food builds belonging. Through weekly recipes, cooking workshops, cultural food spotlights, wellness sessions, guest chef events, and team potlucks that tend to vanish fast, we create moments that help Dreamland employees reconnect, recharge, and learn from one another.

We believe that nourishment isn’t just what’s on your plate, it’s the conversations, the laughter, and the shared stories around it. And in a company as global as ours, that diversity is our secret ingredient.

MEET OUR TEAM

We’re a group of Master’s students studying Digital Marketing Strategy at Trinity College Dublin. The Nourish Network is our project for the Digital Design & User Experience module, where we combined our love for food with our passion for creating meaningful digital spaces. Olive Sierra

Olive manages all social channels, overseeing posting schedules, engagement, and community interaction. She ensures the brand stays active, approachable, and consistent across platforms. She enjoys keeping up with digital trends and analysing what content resonates most with audiences.

Bella Chanyapak Srisman

Bella handles campaign planning, outreach, and brand collaborations. She focuses on finding opportunities that align with the brand’s long-term goals and values. With an interest in analytics and communication, she helps guide strategy while building strong professional relationships.

Yiolanda Soupashi

Yiolanda shapes the overall visual direction of the brand, from colour palettes to layouts and design style. She ensures everything feels cohesive and true to the brand’s identity. She has a strong appreciation for minimal design and often finds inspiration in architecture and modern aesthetics.

Syeda Nusaiba Faraaz

Nusaiba leads all content production for The Nourish Network, creating the photos, videos, and visuals that represent the brand. She focuses on clean, simple storytelling and making food feel accessible. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new cafés and taking inspiration from everyday moments.
