About the Recipe
This creamy garlic pasta is the perfect quick and cosy meal for days when you want something comforting without much effort.

Ingredients
200g pasta
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
100ml cream (or 150ml milk)
Salt & pepper
Parmesan (optional)
Preparation
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it’s tender, then drain it.
In a pan, melt the butter and gently fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Pour in the cream (or milk) and season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Serve warm and top with grated parmesan if you like.
