About the Recipe
These quick stir-fry noodles are perfect for a tasty, colourful meal that you can make in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
2 portions noodles (150–200g)
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey or sugar
Optional: 150g chicken or tofu
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set them aside.
Heat a pan or wok and stir-fry the vegetables (and chicken or tofu if using) until they begin to soften.
Add the cooked noodles into the pan.
Stir in the soy sauce and honey, then toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.
Serve immediately.
