A fast and flavorful noodle dish that’s perfect when you want something savoury and comforting.

Ingredients
150g noodles (rice or wheat)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp maple syrup or sugar
Sesame seeds (optional)
Spring onions (optional)
Preparation
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Drain noodles and add to the sauce.
Toss to coat evenly.
Top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
