About the Recipe

A fast and flavorful noodle dish that’s perfect when you want something savoury and comforting.

Ingredients

  • 150g noodles (rice or wheat)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

  • Spring onions (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and maple syrup in a bowl.

  3. Drain noodles and add to the sauce.

  4. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. Top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
