This dish pairs perfectly cooked salmon with fragrant garlic rice, elevating basic ingredients into something impressive.

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Salt, pepper, herbs (dill or parsley)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place the salmon on a tray, season it, top with lemon slices, butter, and herbs.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until flaky.
For the rice, melt butter in a pot and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the rice, stir, then pour in water or broth.
Simmer until the rice is fully cooked.
Serve the salmon over the garlic rice.
