About the Recipe

This dish pairs perfectly cooked salmon with fragrant garlic rice, elevating basic ingredients into something impressive.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • Salt, pepper, herbs (dill or parsley)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

  2. Place the salmon on a tray, season it, top with lemon slices, butter, and herbs.

  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until flaky.

  4. For the rice, melt butter in a pot and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  5. Add the rice, stir, then pour in water or broth.

  6. Simmer until the rice is fully cooked.

  7. Serve the salmon over the garlic rice.
