These no-bake cheesecake cups are quick, creamy, and perfect when you want dessert without using the oven.

Ingredients
150g cream cheese or mascarpone
1–2 tbsp sugar or honey
4–5 crushed biscuits
Berries or jam
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese with sugar or honey until smooth.
Add crushed biscuits into two cups as the base layer.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits.
Top with berries or jam and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
