These oatmeal bars are chewy, sweet, and perfect for meal prep or a mid-day treat.

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup flour
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the oats, flour, and sugar together.
Add the melted butter and egg and stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
