Fluffy, naturally sweet pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or a comforting snack.

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup plant-based milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add plant milk and mix.
Add flour and baking powder; stir gently.
Heat a pan and pour small amounts of batter.
Cook for 2–3 minutes each side until golden.
