About the Recipe

Fluffy, naturally sweet pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or a comforting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add plant milk and mix.

  3. Add flour and baking powder; stir gently.

  4. Heat a pan and pour small amounts of batter.

  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes each side until golden.
