About the Recipe

This veggie omelette is quick, nutritious, and perfect for beginners learning to cook easy meals.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 eggs

  • ½ cup chopped vegetables

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tsp oil or butter

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well mixed.

  2. Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook the vegetables until softened.

  3. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and cook until the omelette starts to set.

  4. Fold the omelette gently and cook for another minute before serving.
